Really fantastic stay at Somos Bold in El Poblado! Stayed with my partner while on holiday for 4 nights and wish it was longer. The location is excellent - lots of great food/drink - and felt safe to walk around. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and modern, the room was quite spacious and comfortable, internet was great and check in/check out was very smooth. A real highlight was the staff and service - we'd like to call out Gabrielle who was on the desk during our stay - she was so welcoming and helpful. She gave us tips on where to eat/what to do, wisely suggested we borrow an umbrella when it was raining and just such a friendly and kind presence everytime we arrived back. Give that girl a raise!

The staff were great, everyone was very kind, loving and courteous. The best! Our stay was very comfortable and the location was very central. The room had a great view.

The location is excellent, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. Limited options for breakfast but what was available was good. Staff were very friendly.
